My recent experience at Brookside Healthcare Center was outstanding. I was there for rehab after surgical repair of a broken femur. The staff members are well trained and kind, the facility is very clean, and the rehab therapy is truly amazing.
My experience with specific caregivers was as follows: Debra, a night CNA who came at all hours to take care of my needs, no matter how difficult or unpleasant. Jane, the day CNA who also helped me through unpleasant tasks and also made sure my room was kept in good order. Both nurses were extremely kind and never complained, even when they were extremely busy.

They really get to know you so they know what care to give. I really liked the team meeting where every department met with us at one time. It made it easy to address any needs. I love the call button that brings the nurse. They always try to be fast.
