Very grateful to the Brookside staff for taking exceptional care of my grandma! My family transferred her over from another facility and it’s been like night and day between the two! Nurses are so sweet with her and are on top of her medications and overall comfort-level. Also a big thank you to the social services and therapy staff for their communication with me!
Brookside has been fantastic caring for patients. I"ve had family friends who were admitted and enjoyed the care and stay with positive things to say about the building and staff. If you choose to place loved ones here let me help you and say DO NOT HESITATE to have them here. This nursing facility is clean and staff is on top of care. One of the best recovery centers in Redlands! I was referred to them by a friend who had an amazing experience as well. Their management are professional and kind. Definitely recommend.
