I showed up to visit my grandma and the front desk was very kind and helpful. The nurses caring for my grandmother were respectful, attentive and very helpful. I believe it to be a nice facility with kind workers.
Brookside Healthcare Center is top notch! We just went to visit a friend who is in rehabilitation for an injury, and it was the first time we visited this facility. This place truly looks more like a Five Star resort hotel; it is perfectly immaculate and spotless in every way, everything from the scent of the place, to the ultra friendly, polite, and knowledgeable staff, to the latest state-of-the-art technology, I have never seen a long term skilled nursing facility of this caliber (and yes, I have seen some very good ones in the past). To sum it up, I am thoroughly impressed with Brookside Healthcare Center!
My sister looked happy and more relaxed at Brookside than at the hospital. The staff was real nice and happily helped me locate my sister's room. The facility is very clean and bright. It's way better than the other ones I have seen.
