Eric came out quickly, was very professional and honest. He didn't even charge me for the cleaning, because that's all it needed. Saved me hundreds. Would definitely recommend

I'm a little embarrassed right this review because I called out Eric to check some outlets that didn't work in my living room. Turns out that the outlets are on a switch and that my lamp bulbs were out and there was nothing wrong with the outlets. Now most people would charge me for their time which is completely understandable but Eric said that he didn't need to charge us for coming out which tells me that he's more interested in developing good customer relationships than money. He even turned me down when I offered to pay for his time.

So, our landlord decided to hire Amped Electric to install new wireing for an A/C unit to replace the swamp cooler; which I hope it's going to be ALOT cooler & possibly some new outlets (which will be up to the landlord). I know he's going to do an excellent job & is going to be very clean & professional. Don't know when it's going to be done..I suspect some time here in a few weeks.
