Valentine from All American was able to make it to my home on a Sunday morning. I was so grateful when he arrived not long after my phone call. I had had a water issue under my kitchen sink that I was able to stop shortly after it happened. However I was concerned it the wood and drywall may have become too saturated.
Valentine did a detailed inspection, explaining to me along the way what he was checking and what he was finding. Fortunately, he assured me that I had caught it in time before there was a problem.
The inspection fee was reasonable for emergency weekend service and it was well worth it to be reassured that there wasn't damage done.

Had an unfortunate roof leak after some heavy rain and All-American mitigation came out to assess and remove the damaged areas. They quarantined the work area so that no dust would spread to the rest of the house, and they left the area cleaner than it was when they arrived.
