It was a great experience for me more convient an less stressful I was able to get 9 hours of sleep which means 9 hours of data to determine my outcome I have insomnia as well .Being home really helped me I was more comfortable in my own bed I've had a test done before an I wasn't able to fall asleep till almost morning .The directions are clear the video was very helpful an I had access to any questions I may have had I recommend this method to anyone who needs a Sleep Study.
