We had serious issues with this company within the last few years. This branch has had a complete restructure and the employees from the top down, as AMAZING!!! If you were a customer before.. PLEASE give them a call back. You will not be anything but satisfied with "their" service!!It was a long time coming.. and well worth the wait!!Thank you to Rico and Rob for the wonderful customer service!
I received a call within seconds of sending my request online and was scheduled for an appointment for the following day. Shortly after, I Received a confirmation call for my appointment time, and was even offered an time earlier slot if I wanted it. Rico showed up on time and took care of my horrible spider problem, even cleared all the webs surrounding my home.. Definitely a satisfied customer. Thanks Terminix & thanks Rico!
I appreciate the great communication you provide with my service. It is helpful to get a reminder when the service is coming due. My service technician, Bruce, always calls ahead of time which I am grateful for. He is very professional and courteous when he arrives. He always makes sure my pets are safe and the gate is shut when he leaves. He always makes me feel like I am an important customer and I enjoy hearing his travel stories. Thanks again for your attention to detail and for making me feel special.
