Heitman called me back on the 4th of july.(very impressive)made an appointment for me the very next day.gave me a call to tell me the tech was on the way.super competent tech worked hours steady in the heat.needed a new in ground motor and control box.
Except for the $2,100 bill i was satisfied with the work.but as we all know you can't just say I'll go without water.i would recommend heitman drilling to anyone.
I highly recommend this company. They previously put in a new well pump, tank and controller for us and did an excellent job with great customer relations. Recently while I was working out of town, one afternoon my son found we did not have any water. Brian promptly called me back when I had to leave a message with their answering service. He had someone out on site first thing the next morning and they had it fixed before lunchtime. I could not be more pleased with them. We have large animals so we cannot do without our well working for very long. They offer not only excellent service but also great communication via telephone or text as you prefer.
I can not thank guys enough for getting to us so quickly today. It is sad that a pump system that someone else put in 3 years ago already needing major repairs. But when no one else would even answer their phone you were at our house in 2 hours. We all (family and animals) thank you for the quick response and hard work!!!!!
