Scheduled an appointment to meet with someone to go over my taxes. Was told they'd be ready to go over in one week, after two weeks of no phone calls, I called and they said they were still being worked on. Finally a week later was told they were submitted. After a month of not receiving any information, I called and was told they weren't submitted due to still needing a form. After frustration my taxes were finally submitted and I paid my "bill" to them. 5 months later, I received a new bill with almost double the charge than what I paid. I called letting them know I already had paid them money and was told "okay". Now just received another bill showing I still owe the remainder even though I paid my bill last year. I have called and emailed several times with VERY delayed responses. Very frustrating, disappointing and terrible customer service.

RUN!! This is the most incompetent company I have ever done business with. Forms filed incorrectly repeatedly, losing paperwork, late fees because they can't file on time then had US pay them MULTIPLE times. Do yourself a huge favor and find somebody else

Super happy for the services provided by Tobin and associates. I am all the way down here in Sacramento California and have had a hard time finding reliable accounting services. The ladies and staff over at Tobin and associates are fantastic. Great communication and get the job done right. Thank you so much Tobin and associates.
