Very friendly guys. Got in, gor it done and they were on their way. Picked my lock for 60 bucks. Less then I was anticipating. They do good work and they are very personable and friendly.
I went in after work to make an appointment for a key for my minivan. It was close to closing time for them and I didn't know the process. They said they could do it right then. I offered to come another day, as they are within a half an hour of closing time (didn't want to keep them late). They nicely said no, just give them a few and they'll take care of it. And they did! Super fast service for my key while I browsed their shop, really friendly and I felt like they were happy I was there. I'll recommend to everyone!
We had a bit of an urgent issue at our vacation rental. The hot water went out and we didn’t have the key to access the water heater. 2 Johns came by right away and changed the lock. John even lit the pilot for me. Great fast and friendly service!
