Husband is a truck driver for Sierra Pacific and they are a awesome place to work for. Pay is great and the people even better. They make absolutely gorgeous windows for high end homes
Very unhappy with Sierra Pacific. Installed all Sierra Pacific windows and glass doors throughout a home I built in Colorado. The windows have not held up well; they are not watertight so wooden parts have rotted; they are drafty, the seals between the panes have failed so virtually all of the windows are cloudy. The doors are incredibly difficult to operate, and are not watertight. Sierra Pacific's repair department ranges from inept (when one window cracked shortly after finishing the house due to settling -- admittedly not Sierra Pacific's fault -- it took over a year and multiple site visits by Sierra Pacific's technicians to get the window replaced) to sleazy...read full review
My builder installed a sliding glass door manufactured by Sierra Pacific. The frame has bowed at the bottom and the door is almost impossible to open/close. Both my builder and I complained to the supplier; a Sierra Pacific technician was dispatched. He installed new rollers and said it won't get any better because it's a vinyl door; totally ignored the bowed frame. I will never buy anything from Sierra Pacific again.
