I've used George before and he was awesome. This time however he was in and out in an hour. My small family room that gets heavy traffic barely got touched. The pee spots really didn't get addressed. Last time he tilted my mattress and got under the bed, this time he was reluctant to move the couple of pieces heavy furniture I previously had by myself and he had a helper. A big area (?) 800+ sq feet, but really, here and gone in an hour and$340. I'm extremely disappointed and won't use him again.

George always does a professional job and is such a kind man. Furniture gets moved efficiently and great care is taken to protect them during and after our carpets are cleaned. You’ll be happy with his work!
