Shawna at the front desk is really on top of things. Friendly, helpful, and mindful that we are all busy and in a hurry. I've read some of the reviews that say otherwise, and all I can say is that I have been going to this facility for years for CDL medical renewals and random drug tests and they have been nothing but helpful. Dr Lane is great. I have a bit of "white coat syndrome" where my blood pressure reads high when I am in a doctor's office, but not with Dr Lane. I even left a jacket in the office recently, and later got a call from Shawna. They took the time to figure out that it must be mine.

Lesa Lane, as a person is wonderful. Absolutely terrific and she kept me laughing the whole time. She is remarkable! That being said, her reviews would be a thousand times better if she would get rid of that office manager! I don't know what kind of hold she has on Lesa Lane but if she worked for me and treated my patients like that she would have been out on her ear. She was incredibly rude, unprofessional, uncaring and doesn't know how to do DOT at all. She even said my doctor wasn't qualified to make decisions to give me my medical card. After calling the DMV it turns out he IS qualified. She is getting turned in to DOT. She also threatened to call my boss and tell him how rude I was to her without even understanding that I have a problem with my eyes (genetic) that makes it look like I was rolling my eyes. If you like being dehumanized about your medical condition go ahead and come to this office. If you like feeling like you are a living breathing human with feelings and a soul, save your money and go somewhere else.

When I called the receptionist was very nice and professional. She made sure I had all my questions answered. Love the Doctor, been going to her since before I went gray, she is one smart lady ?
