The passing away of my Father was a very personal & heartbreaking experience for me . The staff at Hoyt-Cole - Chapel of the Flowers made me feel comfortable & the feeling of genuine sympathy & concern . The staff were very informative & friendly during my time of loss & sympathetic to my way of grieving. Thank you Amy /!
They did a awesome job. I couldnt asked for better they helped me with my Dads funeral 25 years ago. And now with my Mom i worked with Kate to make the plans for my Mom and im so thankful it turned out so nice.
Mr. Cox was attentive, informative, and knowledgeable. I was treated respectfully and my wishes and concerns were his priority. I never felt pressured to spend more, but all the options were offered and explained to me. Paying for the arrangments I chose was made affordable and easy. I highly recommend this business.
