I can see she may be.a little rough around the edges however that is not a flaw. It's just a personality. I scheduled a full groom and she was very accommodating. Teddy wagged his tail through the whole ordeal she was quick explained everything she was doing and said I should stay for this visit as well as the up coming grooming . DOG GONE GOOD . thank you for being so sweet to both me and my teddy. 5vstars in my book. And fyi if wel all had the exact personality would tbit be a weird world

She did in amazing job on my Chico, I would highly recommend her, she even let me know my dog had in infection in his ears and other skin issues that needed to be addressed. Definitely will be coming back to her.

Sheila is a customer who called for an appointment. And made the appointment (in 2017!). I called to change her appointment many times for a week. Every time I called, the message said "mailbox full". I had an urgent appointment with my dentist & I needed to reschedule her appointment. Called every day for about a week. Mailbox still full. On the day of her appointment, she showed up. I am in the middle of dressing; still in my robe. She is surprised to find I am not ready to receive her & is angry.
