Friendly office. They got my referral from my insurance in a few days, and had me scheduled a few days after that. I needed to reschedule, and they were able to reschedule me a few days later.

I'm a veteran. So it can be difficult getting the VA, community insurance, and the community provider all working together, but the office staff at 2528 did a good job.

I am very upset with this place atm. We had an app with our newborns pediatrician at 11:40. We arrived a few minutes late, by a few minutes I mean we arrived at 11:43. We waited in line for TEN MINUTES. Yes ten minutes and ik wat time it was when we got there and the receptionist was busy talking to some other patient, handing her papers she didn't need to sign and was very disorganized. When we finally got to her, she said we could not be seen because we were late....YA CAUSE WE WERE IN LINE WAITING! my husband had to take half his work day out to drive us down there just for us to be told we could not be seen because we were LATE! We needed our daughter to be seen TODAY because we had concerns and we couldn't be seen anyways because the doctor was leaving to lunch at 12. I am very unhappy

I am really impressed with this location. My mom is the patient, and in all the times we've been there we have never had a long wait. Same day appointments are available. The doctor has been spending 45 minutes per visit with my mom, and then when finished they provide her with a computer printout of any instructions given, new prescriptions with instructions and any other important information discussed.
