My oven went out and I couldn't get anyone until I got Mike from Bidwell appliance. He came and took less than half a hour and had my oven working again. Had the part with him, great service

I can't say enough about the service received from this retailer. Our refrigerator quit working after an 8 hour power outage. Through Home Depo and Lowes I'd have to wait 4 weeks to take delivery of a white model. Bidwell had a brand new white installed in 2 days.

So for us the experience was outstanding. They arrived on time with a professional and courteous manner. A local small company definitely worth doing business with.They checked our old washer and said the computer board was shot. Recommended a new one machine and offered a deal that was above and beyond anything we could've hoped for.They delivered it the same day. They gave clear and concise details on its operation. A one year warranty was provided.The service provided was awesome.
