I started going to Red Light therapy a month ago. I went about 3 times a week. I could tell a significant difference in my skin. It was much tighter around my neck especially. The PEMF also gave me more energy and I felt more alert. I used the infrared sauna and I could see that I lost some fat around my waist. Also, I noticed my knee felt better.
