Healthy living and Sweatstar Yoga go hand in hand. I have been attending Sweatstar regularly for a year now and have seen dramatically great results and improvement in my practice. Outside of the owner and every staff member being kind and intentional with their interactions. This studio is by far the best experience I've encountered. It's down right spiritual! And that is that I come from years of being a core power member. I was excited to try Sweatstar Yoga studio after reading all the highly rated reviews! Glad I ended up trying hot yoga here for two weeks. Yes the 30 minute drive to the studio on the weekends were totally worth it during the 10 day Groupon deal. Most favorite things I remember from my experience: 1. The sweating. This was the hottest studio I've been to and every session felt amazing afterwards. 2. The teachers: experienced, diverse, and dedicated as they who genuinely care about their students. Love!!! I just started and I'm obsessed! Feels so good! The teachers have all been great, some need to open the door for more air, but most are pretty good. The staff is very welcoming.
