“I highly recommend Kevin Rankin for anyone who is looking to buy a house, condo, lot or office and warehouse. He knows the Orange County more than any realtor and he is very experienced. I can say that he is not into those social media that much so this is the reason I am writing his first review (lucky me lol) We had a very limited budget but we wanted a single story pool house including spa and 2 yards (1 yard for our Siberian husky) and of course at least 3 bedrooms.
