The only place I haven’t felt disrespected. I will continue to come here although I live 25 minutes away. Thank you for being so polite! On top of that, all the workers are super talented & the salon is very clean. 10/10 would recommend!

10/10….the staff is very friendly, offering water or tea upon arrival. I’ve bee 3 times for a gel manicure and have been impressed every time. They are extremely gentle and pay attention to detail. I have gone three weeks in between appointments due to travel and not once have I had a chipped nail or issue with the gel separating from the nail. They can do any design from holiday themes to super thin French manicures that look stunning. I won’t go anywhere else! ✨

Don’t come here unless you want get a nail infection. Came here to get a manicure, few days passed by and my finger started to hurt and get swollen formed a little bubble of pus. Would recommend 0 stars.

I’m an RSM resident for 16 years now and didn’t see this hidden gem. These ladies are wonderful and kind and very good at their job. They take their time and do a great job. The store is clean and they give you a water upon arrival. I’ve been here twice now and my experience has been a 10 both times. I’m referring my girlfriends here next. Give it try. You won’t be sorry.

I've been going to Rancho Spa and Nails for years and would highly recommend it. It is bright and sparkling clean. I love Annie. She is very sweet and does a beautiful job on my nails. I get dip with chrome and always get compliments on my nails plus they last almost 3 weeks! Michelle does my pedicure and also does a great job. Tracey, the owner, does my monthly facial and I love how my skin glows afterwards. I highly recommend Rancho Spa and nails.

I don't think there are any good nail salons in this area. Always leave kind of disappointed with how my nails look especially since this place over charges. $50 plus tip for pedicure that looks kind of sloppy, didn't spend much time shaping my nails and one of my big toe nails looks longer than the other. A few of the toe nails are not completely painted either and just look sloppy. Probably won't go back.

My nail technician gave me the wrong nail polish color that was transparent and see through after. I had to ask her to change the color because it looked really bad.

Daisy was amazing! I just moved to RSM and I lucked out with this place and Daisy. I have nothing but good things to say about my nails. Not too thick, perfect shape, and she was quick. I'll be back!

Had the absolute worst experience here today. Came in with my baby for a little bit of self-care and felt completely uncomfortable the entire time. Didn't ask for her name, but she was a younger girl and was ignoring me anytime I tried to ask her any question or make a request,, or even just make small talk and try to engage in friendly conversation she acted disrespectful and gave me the cold shoulder. Made me feel like an absolute burden and inconvenience to her for being there. On top of that, I asked for short square oval nails and she butchered the shape, and gave me completely crooked inconsistent nails, charged me $60 for this mess. Nothing like the pictures I showed her. Do not recommend this place and not going back.
