I have great eyebrows and I’m extremely picky , have high expectations . Anna met my needs. Communication is key on both ends on what you want. Eyebrows on point, nose hair gone, nails done right. Bringing my husband and son here soon!Update - 2/19Letting my natural nails grow for my wedding my gel dip nail polish kept all the way through the second round which is today~nails look fabulous so far very impressed with Anna and her customer service.

They were very patient with my girls and always do a fantastic job on my nails ... I get the mermaid/ Cateye/ whatever they suggest ... I can show them a picture and the do it for me ! Love them ! The girls get a polish change and they occupy them while I get my nails done! Thank you for the great service !

Tried them again since I had a great experience the 1st visit. This time I was not impressed. I had an appt. but had to wait over 30 mins. It was not relaxing inside due to the techniciand running around, up n back to front desk and ALL talking loud amongst themselves, so I waited out in my car. They offered @ my 1st Visit a wine, slushy or other beverage. This visit I was never offered while having a spa pedicure, so I finally asked. I felt uncomfortable and still wasn't relaxing because Nancy was now rushing me, to get home. It's not my fault she wasn't on time but things happen but at least don't rush the client while paying for a service, nor use ONE hand for an extra...read full review
