This was my 3rd dry cleaner that I went to trying to find a reasonable price for a dress I thrifted. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Because I was a new customer I received a discount which is really what sold me on leaving my dress at Polo Cleaners. I went on Monday and my dress was ready the next day. Overall I had a very positive experience and would recommend this dry cleaner.
My 2 piece set got put in the dryer to get the lint off. (Please don’t judge me. This was not the worst thing of my terrible day). When I pulled it out of the dryer it was covered in melted dried on gummy vitamins I had forgotten to take out of the pockets.
Polo Cleaners on Oso Blvd wasn’t sure it would come out but said they would do their best.
