Duane came to my pool today to diagnose the light issues. He suggested there were no cables behind the lights without unscrewing the faceplate. We have to drain the entire pool or heat it to 80 degrees. Draining is the only option. He wrote a proposal and agreed to work on it immediately. Duane's CSLB license is 795083 and it's still active.

Duane serviced our pool heater that had melted electrical wires. He did an excellent job of disassembling, identifying/replacing damaged components, and completing the repair services. He is very knowledgable and I will use his team again to repair or upgrade my pool equipment.

great service did warranty work on my pool controller. showed up on time , had all necessary parts and finished job in minutes. also serviced my jandy valves which was not on the work order. I GIVE DUANE AT POLAR POOLS MY HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION. RH. Laguna Niguel
