Came in here today for my first ever facial. I didn't know what to expect but it exceeded whatever expectations i had haha. Karen did my facial and she was great. She was gentle and shared a bunch of useful information about skin care and products. The facility was clean and very calming, and my skin has never looked or felt better.

Had my first massage here and it was a very pleasant and professional experience. Male masseuse asked me what areas to work on and he followed through with just enough power ( a few moments I was right on the brink of too intense). They gave me the $79 introductory rate for an hour and it was well worth it.

Great customer service!! I've been a member for a Over a year and enjoy every time I come. I had a staff cancellation due to sickness, and staff were super kind and helpful. Jasmine went out of her way for me and my sister to get facials together and upgrade hers for her bday with Maria. N*** is always super helpful as well.
