It is always worrisome when we try a repair service for the first time, but my worries were completely unfounded. The knob on my washer broke off and I called in the afternoon for same day service. Igor came late afternoon and figured out the problem quickly, and said he wouldn't be able to get the part needed until Monday (it was Friday) as warehouse was closed til then. I got a call late the next day (Saturday) and he said he found the part elsewhere and could be here in a half hour. He was, took about 15 minutes to complete the job, and it is working perfectly now, and I felt the charge was reasonable.
We were very happy with Fuse Service. Igor was great to work with. We needed our existing built-in microwave oven removed and a new one installed. Due to our backsplash tiles, Igor wasn't able to remove the old microwave oven. He didn't charge us for the visit, and said to call him to come back after the tile had been removed. The next day we called a tile guy come and remove two tiles. Igor came back later that evening, was now able to remove the old microwave oven and install the new one. Igor worked hard and did a great job. I would definitely use Fuse Service again. They were prompt, professional and reasonably priced. I would hightly recommend Fuse Service!
We called Fuse to come out because our Kitchen aid dishwasher was not draining properly. Igor arrived (his title was Chief Technician) and diagnosed the problem as a clogged return valve and charged us the minimum service call fee. Igor will forever be our #1 guy for all of our plumbing and appliance services and new installations!!
