I honestly thought my laptop was beyond saving. It’s been painfully slow since 2020, and I had gotten used to dealing with it. Eddie worked on it, and I can’t believe the difference—it feels like a brand new laptop! Everything is fast, responsive, and running smoothly again.

Despite being a whole state away ET Eddie responded to my phone call and patiently and professionally diagnosed my printer problem and led me through steps to get me up and running smoothly in less than 20 minutes.
