When I called Michael my work computer crashed. First he tried to walk me through a couple of procedures over the phone to help me get my computer working properly again. When that didn't help he offered to be there within the half hour. When Michael arrived he went to work and finally had to reinstall the OS which wiped out my installed apps but saved the data. Michael stayed helped me reinstall most of the deleted apps and then followed up the next day to make everything was back to normal.
