Our technician Matt, was excellent. He quickly diagnosed the problem and explained our options in a detailed manner that was easy to understand. His reassuring manner was greatly appreciated during this heat wave. We greatly appreciate his professionalism and will be recommending him to our family and friends.
I called AirCare out during this heat wave and got scheduled same day. Joey called me and was without within the hour. He was really friendly and diagnosed my system quickly and helped me understand exactly what was going on. I can happily say in my cold house that this company was the best I have ever dealt with.
We selected Air Care out of 6 companies we received proposals from. All were good, but Matt from Air Care stood out so we decided to go with his Trane Heat Pump installation. He never pushed and always answered questions we had promptly. BTW it is a veteran owned company.
The Air Care team installed the system over one full day, even extended an extra hour to make sure everything was working properly.
Could not be happier with the results. So much so that we asked to replace our old water heater. Same satisfying results from Matt and team.
