We were installing a new Nest thermostat when all of a sudden the heater stopped working. We suspected a blown fuse which it turned out to be. We reached out to Tytum and they sent technician Alex B. who was fast, friendly and capable. We will definitely consider Tytum when we get our new heat pump and AC next year. I highly recommend Alex B. and Tytum.

Dan, the owner was absolutely amazing. He is very knowledgeable and personable. We had two other HVAC companies come out to look at our system and both were unable to diagnose the issue with our heating system. Dan was able to properly find the issue. I highly recommend Tytum HVAC.
