Brandon created designs for my master suite addition and living room extension. Brandon's estimate and the final price were very reasonable. He was very patient with my husband and was willing to help us flush out our design and draw several drafts until we were happy with the design. He answered our calls promptly and answered all of the questions. I would definitely use him and definitely use him for designs in the future.

I contracted Brandon to design a 450 sq. ft. detached ADU for my house in Claremont. I contacted several architects and the fees were all over the place. Brandon's fee was fair and his attitude was low key and easy to work with. Brandon gave me a timeline for each step of the design and permitting. There were things in his control and things that were not in his control. In the end, Brandon delivered everything under his control. He was very responsive and the city asked for a couple revisions that Brandon addressed within a day or two. Engineer in charge was very responsible and helped us great deal getting the ADU approved for our backyard addition. We got quote from few companies, and his price was reasonable. Most importantly, the service was excellent. He listened to our needs, and did not waste any space. We got everything on our checklist, and are so excited to have our second dwelling unit for our parents to move into.
