My name is Jessica and I’m using another account for this review , my daughter got braces at this office and we have had great experiences. The Dr is very nice and answers any questions I had. The removal of her braces were great and we are so happy with the results. The girl at the front who usually checks is in is so friendly and welcoming!

My name is Roman Boyer I want to thank dr jack for helping me. He went above and beyond and helping me with my teeth. I was never able to smile and he fix me up now I smile all the time. As well I want say thank you to his dental assistant they are awesome. I can’t forget the staff in front very friendly and very helpful and always call me to remind me of my appointment. The receptionist is the rudest person I have ever met. I came in before my scheduled appointment and was told very unprofessionally that they have to call and check for my insurance. Even when other dental offices have taken my insurance no problem. I was understanding even when I was being spoken to very unprofessionally. Then as she’s giving me the paper to fill out she proceeds to toss the clipboard my way instead of in my hand or simply placing it on the desk. After this I took a sit and kept my composure. Then the receptionist processed to loudly state her frustrations and express that me and another patient might not even be seen today or that she doesn’t know at when time, in a room for every other patient to hear. I was very disappointed and I felt very disrespected that i decided to cancel my appointment and walk out. This place is very unprofessional and picks and chooses how to treat certain people. The receptionist changes her tone and attitude when speaking to a white man. I will not tolerate disrespect. And I will definitely not be returning to this establishment until something is done about this reoccurring problem. Considering most of the negative reviews are about a very rude receptionist. As someone who works with costumers/ patients, I would NEVER speak or disrespect anyone the way I was today. I ONLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOU DONT CARE ABOUT BEING BELITTLED FOR SIMPLY SHOWING UP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT.

There was this one receptionist in the front that was really rude. The moment my family and I walked in she rolled her eyes and gave us attitude and threw a clipboard at her. Never been this disrespected than this dental.

I am so unhappy with this place is just horrible from the beginning starting with the front desk they are so rude. I took my kids and it was horrible if I could give no stars a would the staff seems like they don’t know what they are doing they had to call someone else to do my daughters x-rays because the first person didn’t know what they where doing and they when they took us to the patients room and the doctor didn’t even let me know his name and did something quick and 2 more girls that work there came in and one to tell me they didn’t haven enough cleaning equipment for my second child so they couldn’t finish him. And the specialist wasn’t available because he only comes in once a month will definitely not be coming back to this place!! It’s just HORRIBLE HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE!

Appointment: 3:30pm arrived 3:20pm Receptionist (super rude) doctor is behind we have 3-4 patients before you. Me: why no body has called us? We drove for one hour to be on time. We took off from work to be here. How much time do we have to wait?
Her: we don’t know.
Me: so do you expect us to wait here forever?
Her (super rude): do you want to get your teeth cleaned? - she talks with authority as if our time is not valuable and she is giving us a favor!!!!
