Truckers: this property has a good-sized dock area so it's easy to get in and out and these guys are fast within about 20 minutes of I'm getting up to the dock they began unloading and got it done very quickly and I was on my way out.
The staff was friendly and helpful.

Enter and leave at the gate on the North side of the building. No street parking. Friendly and professional. Fairly quick offload for a Hershey's load. Hershey loads check in at the blue door next to dock 15.
