I just celebrated my 1 yr anniversary at Training by Tye. I’m so very happy I joined a year ago before my birthday. Best present to myself ! During covid I started lifting weights and found out that I really liked it. Of course I needed help with form and progression because I didn’t really know what I was doing. Soon after I saw a post from my friend recommending her gym. I was hesitant and nervous about joining another gym and not sticking with it. Well I can honestly say that Training By Tye is not like any other gym. Coach Tye is awesome and she really knows her stuff! She is a knowledgeable and experienced trainer that really puts in the work for you. All you have to do is show up and want to put in the effort to see results. The workouts are well planned to hit several major muscle groups per session / per week. They are challenging and fun. If you need modifications she always has you covered. The classes are small so you get personal attention. The other members are nice, welcoming and encouraging. There is no judgment, everyone is at a different place in their health and fitness journey and we cheer each other on to do our best. Tye covers all aspects of health and fitness, in class, through email and on various social media platforms. The workouts are different every month and you never get bored. I'm eating better and moving more than I was prior to joining. I have more energy and I sleep better. I’m less stressed and I know I am definitely stronger and leaner than I was a year ago. I look forward to my workouts and really enjoy going to the gym because Tye makes it fun and rewarding. If you are looking to get fit, lose weight, gain muscle, become more active, or just improve your overall health then I highly recommend TBT!!

As a guy who had worked out for roughly 30 years, I had always done my own thing in the gym. Chest day, back day, arms day, then legs. I saw results at first, but eventually plateaued and never really figured how to move past it.When COVID hit, and all the human closed, Tye quickly pivoted and offered lesions via Zoom that she led. It was pretty cool.Since joining, I've found that her creativity and holistic approach to training had not only given me more strength (no more plateauing), but also provided carefully planned programs that strengthened my core.
