I have been going to this salon for over a year now. On my very first visit, Melissa cut my hair. She asked questions & made suggestions which I appreciated. Recently I’ve changed my style. I asked for advice from Melissa & I must say I get favorable comments on my hair now. I am very pleased with Melissa & this salon.
1st time at Supercuts on Highland. I always experience wait at Upland store even with on line check in. Today. I was taken in on time at Highland, Rancho Cucamonga location. Melissa did my haircut and did a fantastic job! The customer service at the Highland location much better than Upland or Rialto Renaissance. At Rialto Renaissance, the associates spend more time chatting with customers, hair cut already completed, than helping the next waiting customer.
My experience was Great!! I let my stylist do her thang, and she definitely delivered!! I will definitely be returning. I walked in feeling low and walked out feeling myself again!! Thanks Davina!!!❤️?
