This studio did my son’s school pics. They did such a wonderful job! Wonderful customer service and definitely makes sure you are happy with your pictures. Would definitely recommend them and I hope they continue to do our schools pictures
The first school pic of my child were great the two after that wasn't. One spring pic they didnt even get a pic of her smiling and the teacher told me there are better pics then the one i gotten. My daughter is autistic so she moves a lot. I called they fix it and sent out new ones. The next yr the same thing happen but they wouldnt send out new ones or let me see other options. They said there's nothing they could do. But the year before they were so kind and was able to. Idk guess its who answers the phone.
My children’s school has been using STUDIO 1 for pictures. I now have my last 2 small ones there and still taking their pictures, I haven’t had any issues and they’re always fast in sending pictures out, very good quality and my kids even say they’re very friendly when they’re going to take their pictures, I once had a question, I emailed them and right away got a response and went through details. Thank you.
