I have been a customer for 13 years. When I first met Sylvia I came to ask questions and she always took the time to answer all my questions. I was afraid of new procedures and Sylvia never pushed me. Finally I had a skin issue I needed taken care of and Sylvia met me at her shop at 8 pm one night and helped me. I was so grateful. I made an appt with her for my first facial after that and 13 years later I am so confident in my skin .
