Had a problem with the heater on my new spa tripping the breaker. First time they tried to repair it second time they replaced it. And by the way one of the owners was there when we went to look at spas and gave us a great deal on it. Originally we were going with a different spa but this one was better for the same money!!!! BTW Delivery and install team were excellent!!!! And Secard didn’t try to rip me off on delivery!!!
I purchased a hot tub and a pool and it works great, highly satisfied with my purchase. Great customer service, Laura Roa, was so friendly and patient. She helped by answering all my questions efficiently. Definitely recommend 100%!
Although I did not buy my Cal Spa at Secard (I got it at the LA County Fair), I have used Secard to purchase additional parts and maintenance supples for several years. Laura Roa is my contact there and she always gives me excellent help with any issues I have and great recommendations that have saved me a lot of money!
