Very helpful with setting up spa and giving advice on which way it should face for access to panel etc. very friendly and quick too. I took time off work for the delivery and they arrived in the scheduled window and did a quick job but not rushed. Took caution unloading and preparing spa.

I have had my Secard pool for about 3 years now. Even though as time passes we start to lose our warranties, i have not lost the personal attention i have received from field manager Brian Anderson. As a new pool owner i was clueless on the week to week maintenance, chemical balancing, etc. Brian took the time to explain things on multiple occasions. What prompted this Yelp review was my latest interaction with Brian. About 8 days ago my pool filter pump was pushing out about half the volume of water. Over the next few days the pool turned green, i checked and cleaned all the filters...no prob there. Over the 3-4 days that followed i reached out to Brian and told him what i was experiencing....he sent me long, very detailed instructions on what may cause the drop in water pressure and how i could remedy it. By the 8th day the pool was a dark green and i still had not fixed it. I called a pool guy out of frustration. After coming out and "staring" at it he quoted me $ 2,800 to pressure test and replace the pump. I asked him to send me the quote and i would get back to him. Given this significant financial turn of events i went back to Brians emails where he mentioned taking off the pump impellar casing and checking for debris. I removed the 8 bolts and found 5 small pieces of gravel grinding against the inside of the impellar spindle. After removing then with a flat head screwdriver i applied silicone to the gasket, reinstalled the pump and 15 minutes later the pump was up and running and homing like the first day it was put in.....12 hours later with some shock we were swimming again. Brian did not need to go the extra mile....he could have flatly told me it was $ 275 to come out and look but he made every effort to resolve my problem promptly. It is rare to find an employee that will provide that type of care, after the sale had been completed. MUCH APPRECIATED BRIAN....
