We had SchaefAir come out last year and install a new downstairs HVAC unit. This was after the original 20 year old unit had stopped working and was way too expensive to fix with the old freon and other issues. This new unit is far superior to the original in terms of how fast it cools the downstairs, the noise level during operation, and the new technology it came with. The recent local high temps have really tested this new HVAC unit. As part of the installation, I had the SchaefAir check the original ductwork for both the downstairs and upstairs HVAC units. Today Gary came out and did the annual maintenance on my heating and a/c unit. He took pictures of everything and showed me my blower fan was dirty. He quickly cleaned it to look like new! 5 stars for him!
Best AC/ HVAC company in the area hands down. When it comes to HVAC, you want to make sure you hire the most reputable and trustworthy company you can find because you don't want to take your chances during the hot summers. It's not about the lowest price it's about the best value and quality. You truly get what you pay for as these guys stand behind their work.
