Elias was so fantastic!! From the moment he stepped in our condo to the moment he left, he was ready to get our drain clear!! He was so pleasant to talk to. He really truly cared about not leaving until it was finished. He spent THREE hours going at what the situation was bringing in several different machines. He did not have to do it, but HE DID! And I’m so glad because our shower is finally unclogged and it just feels SO good in there!
I had the pleasure of having John Sigler come and service our toilet. He is a great worker with integrity and great amount of respect for his customers. Very nice guy who worked very diligently. He knows his stuff with plumbing & takes special care to handle his customers with respect, kindness & true professionalism. I never hesitate to call up Roto-Rooter, because I know I will get good service. This is because of the first impressions of comfortability & confidence John has given us with the work & help he and the company can do in servicing plumbing jobs.

Elias came late on a Saturday night and was incredibly kind, patient and understanding of our drain issue. He showed me how to prevent issues in the future and explained how I can better maintain and clean out the pipes myself. I was very impressed at how thorough he was. I’d highly recommend him as a plumber.
