I called RC Air on Saturday at about 1:00 pm, and a very nice lady answered. Technicians were at my house in less than 2 hours! My AC had iced up, so I had to have it thaw. Called on Sunday for some direction, and again the same lady answered, gave me advise and set up an appointment for Monday. A technician showed up sooner than I thought, and took care of my problem.
Professional, courteous and the price was reasonable. I would recommend RC Air to my friends and family! Thanks!
My ac unit completely stopped working. I called this afternoon and they had someone at the house within 30 minutes. Within an hour of my call my unit was back up and fully running. Would highly recommend for ac services.
First RC air was the most responsive to my panic when I returned from a trip to find the air wasn’t working. They were able to calm me down and give good advice for turning off the blower on my furnace. They let me know when they were going to arrive. They were polite and asked the correct questions to get started. Soon cool air was flowing and everything was serviced. I was ready to sell the good parts of my soul to get the air on but the cost was very reason able given how at this time of year they probably could ask for the moon and would have got it. They are now my people.
