Front office and service was swift and effective. But there is something about a certain physician ( short grey hair lady) there at night that is slightly rude and blunt. It's kind of sad, because as patients we are at our most vulnerable when seeking urgent care and when we get treated by uncompasionate individuals just shows how broken our health care system is.
Nothing Rapid about this place, They have changed from Urgent Care only to now a Primary Dr office as well, So now you wait even longer, for all the appointments and they squeeze you in.
Dr please pick one Urgent care or Primary don't do both.
Be a professional pick one.
Also The adult content tv show in the waiting room, Really??? Kids were in the waiting room, but i guess if the parents don't complain its o.k. huh? last time we come here for urgent care.
I came in I had an extraction on my tooth the dr.lied to me and said she was going to prescribe me hydrocodone I will come here they say one thing and do another i told her that loma Linda University will be closed until next week and they was supposed to prescribe me the medicine but it didn't get sent out so I showed her and she said she was going to send it out but she didn't do it
