They are not seeing sick people... I have a negative covid-19 test, and need to be tested for strep, but I was told they are not seeing any upper respiratory. Since when do doctors not see sick people?

I wrote this review after almost a week of having had a nasty infection, dealing with exhaustion and lack of appetite. I called into the main line, and was told by the front desk I would have to be seen by phone because they are seeing no one with upper respiratory symptoms. This office is the highly recommended. The staff are very helpful, courtesy, and friendly. I would give them ten out of ten. The doctors and very professional and treats you right. Thanks for your help
I’ve been a patient of Rancho Wellness for many years. I refuse to switch any where else. Everyone is so accommodating and helpful. I’m never disappointed with my appointments. I highly recommend this office if you’re looking for great care and service!
