I recently got my cleaning done at this office and I can’t express how impressed I am with the entire experience! Dr. Patel was thorough and gentle, taking the time to explain every step of the process. She made sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. She frequently checked in with me to make sure I wasn’t experiencing any discomfort, which I greatly appreciated. After the cleaning, Dr. Patel provided me with personalized advice on maintaining my dental health which was very helpful. Excellent dentist. No pain, Friendly, respectful, and got the job done in a timely manner. I haven't had good experiences with dentists in the area but finally found a great place.
My initial "Consult" with Dr. Patel was on 06/09/23. After x-rays were taken, Dr. Patel completed her exam & communicated her proposed treatment plan to me. Prior to treatment, authorizations were required. They were requested & received in a timely manner. Dr. Patel's office managed to obtain multiple authorizations and my previous dental office couldn't obtain one. My treatments were completed in record time by 09/07. Dr. Patel & her staff welcomed me & have taken great care of my dental needs and my experience has been virtually "pain free". ?
