“I had as pleasant an experience, although nobody really has an enjoyable experience in the hospital, at the Kindred Hospital Rancho. I was transferred here after spending four weeks in the hospital for a serious case of Covid pneumonia to try to get back into good enough condition, physically and ability to utilize oxygen well enough to go home. I spent approximately 2 1/2 weeks at Kindred Rancho. And, I have nothing but good things to say about the nurses, the staff, the occupational therapy and physical therapy the respiratory therapy. They all were focused on my well-being and were kind, encouraging and professional in trying to get me to the point where I would be ready to go home. There were so many awesome people. It’s hard to pick people that I might wanna recognize specifically, but there are a few that I saw numerous times so and they were always helpful, caring and encouraging! The first, is my incredible doctor. Dr. El Hajjaoui was amazing! I was blessed to have him looking after me during my time at Kindred Rancho! Thank you so much! I had so many incredible nurses, CNAs, Physical Therapists and other support along the way! I wanted to throw out a few of their names to give well deserved recognition. Fernando was with PT and would come around often to get me moving and up and around. Bryan and Taylor were LVNs that made the day or night seem a little less long and I was always glad to see. For CNAs, I going to miss a few, Orpha, Edward, Haydee and Christmas took great care of me during the long hours!
