They conducted hydrophone throughout the pool and dye tests on the pool light, spa light, and unsealed areas where tiles meet the pebble surface and provided a detailed report with many photos. Further testing found the pool returns, side cleaner, skimmer, and spa suction holding pressure. They confirmed a leak alongside an unsealed spa controller improperly placed by a different pool contractor last year.
I'm not a big review type of guy so excuse me if my review is either too short, too long, too whatever. My goal is to say thank you to John for his work, integrity and professionalism. Moore Leaks fixed a bad leak issue with my pool skimmer and crack in the wall and did a fantastic job. The pool was not used for a few months and when I went to fire it up, the spa jets were not working and the waterfall cascade was barely a trickle.
