“Oh where do I begin? Five stars isn't enough. My 9-year old daughter had extremely long, thick hair. Long story short, she had a very large, very tight mat at the base of her head we couldn't get out. We had planned her first salon visit to be a special occasion and were so worried it would be traumatic now. She was scared and didn't want it to hurt. There were lots of tears on the way. But as soon as Sherome met us, my daughter's anxiety, and mine, disappeared! What a wonderful experience! Sherome not only got the mat out, she gave hair care suggestions, told us what caused it, gave lots of reassurances to both of us, was just delightful to be with, and was able to retain my daughter's hair. Then we got a beautiful haircut! By the end of the day, my daughter felt so confident and said it was the best day ever! She loves her new hair cut and so do we! Then, Sherome messaged later that evening to check on us and see if my husband liked it! What an absolute blessing this woman and her skills were for us! Thank you so much!! There are really great staff, I was greeted when walking in and walking out, you get offered snacks or drinks if you are waiting, and everything was just very well organized, and very beautiful. I got a full set and a pedicure, and it turned out exactly how I wanted it, even other nail techs complemented the work that was done. Everyone is very welcoming and so sweet! They even throw parties and have a lot of other activities you can do. I really really recommend this place. It’s truly the best!“
