This program works if you follow!!!! It has to come from you...Lindora can show you....but you have to learn how to eat and incorporate exercise! This program worked for me....I have lost 96 pounds and have maintained it for 1 1/2. I will be a LIFETIME member. The team is amazing! I love LINDORA!!!!

By having the support of the counselors at this place made my journey of losing weight smoother and made me looking forward for the next meeting , the staff are friendly and pleasant with proffesionalism- I learned to eat healthy and will continue to stay connected in the program .
