Arrogant and has no sympathy whatsoever, cares about how much she can make more than the wellbeing of her fur patients. Gives strong painkiller/sedatives with dangerously high dosage even though pets have underlying conditions just to make her and the lab technicians’s job easier.

Took my two rabbits there for an exam ($80 each) and to get an estaminet to have them spayed and neutered. Exam took 5-10 minutes a piece for $80 each was ridiculous. And then the estaminet was $660 each. $300 over the other places I called. Just thought they would be better but my fault for going there and wasting $160.

I took my elderly dog there the other day because I needed advice concerning multiple tumors. They couldn't be more kind and accommodating. They explained everything during the exam and offered me treatment alternatives. I fully recommend them.
