Heather assisted my elderly father-in-law with estate planning following an unexpected divorce. It was obviously a very difficult time for him and she was patient, thorough, professional and explained things so they were easy to understand. I cannot recommend Heather Lynn enoughEveryone knows you need a trust and living will done, but it seems so overwhelming and complicated. Heather was amazing, not only by doing everything so quickly and efficiently, but educating my husband and I along the way. We feel we got everything we needed and everything we wanted done. Heather also went above and beyond by consulting with us for our next steps as far as setting everything up legally and financially for our future as well as our daughters future.

Heather did a fantastic job on our living trust, wills and other documents. She took the time to answer our questions, make changes quickly and efficiently. She thoroughly explained everything throughout the process including during the signing process. Plus we left with all documentation the same day. She even packaged all of the documentation in a binder and personalized binder hard case.I would highly recommend her services.
