The technician, Freddy, was very good at getting my Hewlett Packard 2015 computer back online after a scammer wrecked my internet service with Spectrum claiming he was from Microsoft. He was not from Microsoft. The cost of $210 for two hours of work is comparable to what I paid a technician a few years ago. I also found out that my printer's rollers are worn out and it needs to be replaced. I am grateful for the service your technician provided.

I encountered Security Problem(s). I bought a new Samsung Phone and could not figure out how to use. Jason came right over and thoroughly went over the Phone Prompts. Before this problem, he fixed my NEW Printer - went out to a store and purchased the correct Cartridge, which I was unable to find "anywhere". Jason suggested upgrading security. Jason is RIGHT!
